Enel, a multinational energy company, unified its five corporate headquarters in Bogotá, transforming its traditional office layout into functional, light-filled spaces where the brand is prominently displayed. These spaces reflect Enel's new hybrid work model, with 70% dedicated to collaborative workspaces and 30% for individual work. Designed by Gensler and built by ATXK, the project prioritizes people and employee well-being. Scanform provided meeting areas, individual and group workspaces, coworking spaces, cafeterias, and lactation rooms.
