Scanform developed a series of products specifically for the project, the main idea being that the service experience should have a positive impact. Therefore, the furniture design was based on how people are served. Customers have the option of completing their transactions at a counter-style station, seated in an individual module, in a booth with an advisor, or even actively using their digital device while it charges directly from the furniture. All of this creates different scenarios that make the experience unique and distinctive, completely changing the image of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce in the eyes of its users and the country.
